Jerome
Losson, Principal, KKR/Capstone
Jerome Losson joined
KKR/Capstone in 2003. Before joining, he was COO of Causeway Technologies,
a U.K. developer of software solutions for the construction sector, which
acquired a company he had co-founded previously. Before that he had spent
three years at McKinsey & Company in their Brussels and London offices.
At KKR/Capstone, Mr. Losson has been involved with Demag (MPM and DCC),
Tenovis, where he acted as interim MD of the French subsidiary, and Toys
‘R’ Us. He is currently running a transformation program at
PagesJaunes Groupe. He has a B.Sc. (Honors), Ph.D. Physics, with High
Distinction, from McGill University/Canada, and an M.B.A. from INSEAD/France.

Haim, Partner at Egon Zehnder
Joe Haim is a Partner
at Egon Zehnder International with global responsibility for the firm’s
Private Equity Practice. Prior to Egon Zehnder, Joe was a Founding
Director of the European subsidiary of Monitor in London; a Consultant
at Bain and a Senior Auditor at PriceWaterhouse. Joe has an MBA
from Stanford and a BA in Economics from Gonville & Caius College,

Mike Fish, Chairman, Exie AS
Mike has over 30 years of in-depth management experience - from Hewlett-Packard and PWC to setting up and running subsidiaries for growth companies in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.As a director of Interregnum plc - a London quoted technology venture capital firm - he made direct investments in portfolio companies and secured several fund raisings. As chairman on growth company boards he has orchestrated several investment rounds by leading venture capital firms. He was also one of the founding executives at ECsoft, a $50m venture investment, which subsequently floated on Nasdaq and London Stock Exchange. In recent years Mike has focused on building business value for clients using his unique mix of skills - on boards, as well as in executive management, advisory and investment. He has been actively engaged in the mentoring, development and acquisition of leadership teams as part of business transformation programmes. |

Stuart
Overend, Head of Operations, Aberdeen Asset Management
Stuart Overend is
Head of Operations on the private equity team at Aberdeen Asset Management.
Stuart joined Aberdeen in 1999 from Clydesdale Bank Equity Limited where
he was an investment manager. Previously, Stuart worked for Clydesdale
Bank plc as manager for acquisition finance. Prior to that, Stuart worked
for KPMG's corporate finance department.
Stuart graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Technology and Business Studies
from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, is an Associate Member of
the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Chartered Accountant. |

Cristina Grace, Global Head of People Programmes, 3i
Cristina joined 3i in May 2007 to further develop the breadth and global scope of the firm’s People Programmes. She was previously a Partner at Whitehead Mann, where she helped build the Leadership Solutions practice providing clients with board development, executive coaching, management assessment and strategic leadership consulting services. She is an accredited coach and user of various psychometric tools.
Her early career includes six years of strategy, change and organisational development consulting with the Boston Consulting Group in London and five years as an investment banker financing government infrastructure projects in the US. Cristina has an MBA from Insead and a B.A. from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Phi Beta Kappa

David Oates, CEO, The Distillery
David Oates was appointed CEO of The Distillery in February 2007.
David has over 21 years sales and general management experience in the IT software industry and brings significant expertise in the building and developing of software companies internationally
Before joining The Distillery, David was Executive Vice President, International Operations for Tescom Software Services, a leading Israeli-based supplier of software testing and consultancy, where he was responsible for all operations outside the Israel market, including Australia, Singapore, Western Europe and the USA. During his time there, he oversaw a growth in both revenues and profits in excess of 20%.
Immediately prior to this, he was Vice President International for Primavera Systems, responsible for all activities outside the Americas. During his tenure, the International business exceeded 100% growth in revenues and a five-fold growth in profitability, across 67 countries both in Europe and Asia Pacific, including Australia, China, India and the major European economies.

Patricia Mallett, Business Psychologist, Mallett Consulting
Patricia is an experienced Business Psychologist focusing on developing executive and organisational capability. She helps mitigate risk for private equity clients by assessing the quality of individual executives and management teams. At a pre-deal stage, this supports the client's decision on a potential investment. Post deal, she helps build effective leadership teams and, as an executive coach, she develops management capabilities of key individuals.
With over 15 years' experience as a consultant psychologist and executive coach, Patricia's work in Mallett Consulting is primarily with senior executives, in both blue chip and smaller companies. Her conference presentations include Leading Change, Executive Coaching, Developing Talent, and Mergers and Acquisitions. She has recently co-chaired a series of meetings on Talent Management for the European HR Forum. |

Martin Wood, Managing Director, BIE Interim Executive
After founding PA Consulting Group's Interim Practice in 1990, Martin established BIE Interim Executive in 1996. Over 16 years he has pioneered the use of Interim Executive Management across all sectors and function. Whilst maintaining his hands-on role, Martin has worked closely with the CBI since 2001 to promote the understanding of interim executive management and has acted as expert witness on Interim management matters. |

Laura
Morse, Human Capital Partner, Atlas Venture
Laura Barker Morse
joined Atlas Venture in 1999 as Human Capital Partner. She works closely
with portfolio companies on strategic human capital issues including recruitment,
development, and reward systems and acts as a firm liaison with consultants
and preferred providers of recruitment, compensation, and human resources.
Prior to joining Atlas
Venture, Laura worked in Brussels for SWIFT, the global financial telecommunications
consortium, where she reported to the CEO during a strategic reorganisation
and led worldwide recruiting and expatriate services. Before that, Laura
spent twenty years in technology executive search with Russell Reynolds
and Heidrick & Struggles. She joined Russell Reynolds in 1977 in Chicago
and helped open the Boston office in 1981. As Managing Director and global
Practice Leader of the Venture Capital practice, she worked with venture
firms and their portfolio companies. In 1991, she joined Heidrick &
Struggles as a Partner in their Technology practice, relocating to their
Brussels office in 1992.
Laura is a graduate
of the University of Iowa where she was elected to Mortar Board. She is
a frequent speaker on team building and career planning at leading business
schools including Solvay (Belgium), Harvard Business School and MIT/Sloan.
Laura served for ten years as a Trustee of The Computer Museum, and is
currently a Trustee and Chair of the Overseers of the Museum of Science. |

Michael
Kelly is the Managing
Director of Nova Capital Management, a company he founded with David Williamson
in June 2002.
Nova is a specialist acquirer and manager of Secondary Direct Portfolios.
To date, Nova has secured 12 Private Equity and Venture Capital portfolios
, representing 130 companies and c.€500M under management.Nova was
launched with a new approach to managing private equity and venture capital
portfolios to give superior returns to investors. This is achieved
by intensive management of a portfolio's assets. The Nova portfolio
management model brings seasoned operators together with corporate financiers
to form the portfolio management resource. This is underpinned by
a proven methodology for managing assets and portfolios.Michael has extensive
experience in restructuring, turnaround and disposal of businesses. His
earlier background in advertising and general management at Heron International
plc was followed by thirteen years at Executive Interim Management (EIM),
the interim management arm of Egon Zehnder International, where he was senior
partner and helped to build the firm to become the global leader.
Immediately prior to launching Nova, whilst observing his restrictive covenant,
he undertook the interim Chief Executive role at PGA European Tour Courses

Vassili, HR Director, Vue Entertainment
Dee
Vassili is a qualified senior Human Resources professional who has operated at both
strategic and operational levels in UK and global organisations.
Currently, Dee is HR Director at Vue Entertainment at which she has played
an integral part in creating and building a new brand and moving the
business from being part of a global corporate structure
(Warner Bros) to a stand alone venture capitalist backed business
and more recently through an MBO. Prior to this, her roles
have included heading up Global Talent Acquisition for the Reuters group
and heading up the HR function for Virgin Megastores Ltd, UK, Eire and
Northern Europe. |

Knibbs, Chief Operating Officer, Vue Entertainment
Steve joined Vue Entertainment in 2003. Prior
to that Steve spent sixteen years at United Cinemas International starting
as General Manager of the UK’s first multiplex, The Point, Milton
Keynes and rising to the position of Senior Vice President for UCI’s
Northern European Business covering the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria,
Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Steve also serves on the
UK Film Council board and the Executive Board of the Cinema Exhibitors
