Who we are
Executive Grapevine is the European leader in independent business publishing and information services for the executive talent management sector. As a privately owned company for over 30 years, the company has evolved to become one of the most influential and trusted brands operating in this arena. The company has four divisions, Directories, Mailing Lists, Events and The Grapevine Magazine that focus on the recruitment, retention and release of executive talent.

Our Philosophy and Values
Core to our product range is the management of our data from which both directories and online tools are derived. Our customers demand the highest levels of editorial integrity and to achieve this we segment our research process into high volume data cleansing and low volume qualitative analysis. With demand from firms wishing to appear in our directories, entry criteria are set for all our directories. We only represent those firms where we believe we can add value and that share our commitment to producing high quality products. Combined with our magazine and events divisions where we set out to encourage blue-sky thinking amongst a community that recruit, retain or release talent. As a company we are committed to supporting those actively involved in the talent management industry.

People
As a company we practice what we preach and believe in strong leadership, well focused business objectives and key performance indicators at all levels, our employees have a strong sense of identity together with transparent lines of accountability. Combined with an effective and systematic process for performance management we believe our processes and employee branding are unique for a company of our size

Corporate Responsibility
Our managers have received training in the new regulatory framework that all publishers have to work within including: TPS screening, data protection, list warranty and our latest project concerning electronic marketing. Editorially we test the claims made by firms appearing in our directories through our annual market share surveys, which are frequently cited in the National Press.
